Part Time Freelance Artist

  • TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • - By commissioning me you confirm you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions listed here.

  • GENERAL TERMS:

  • - Please message me with a clear description on what you would like to commission from me.

  • - Provide photo references for OCs and characters not just a text reference. It takes more time to base a drawing just off of a text reference so I must charge more if I take more time to decipher a written description.

  • - I will not work on commissions of 18+ work if you are under the age of 18, I will check your bio or request an ID be shown. If you as the commissioner are under the age of 18 I can and will refuse your commission.

  • PAYMENT:

  • - All commissions must be paid in full upfront before delivery of sketch, with the use of Paypal.

  • - The currency accepted is USD.

  • PROGRESS:

  • - Once your payment is accepted I can officially start your commission and deliver the first sketch.

  • - I am known to show every step of the process, once at sketch, again at line art, as I set flat color, and before I complete final touch ups.

  • - This process can vary in time depending on many things such as:

  • Health, number of commissions, complexity, as well as my full-time job. (If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.)

  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

  • - I will do everything I can to make my commissioners happy. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

  • - No large changes can be made to the piece after it's completion.

  • COPYRIGHT | USAGE POLICY:

  • - I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

  • - Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

  • - Promote myself with in any place or site.

  • - Publish books with.

  • - To display it anywhere to my liking.

  • - Post it wherever I want.

  • CANCELING | REFUNDING POLICY:

  • - The commissioner has no rights to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.

  • - Consultation fees are non-refundable as consultations are used to pay for the time of the artist in consulting of large projects.

  • - If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

  • - If you file a charge back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • - Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
